Full Price Returns:
All returns are down to the customer. Please log in using the link below to inform us of the return, you will need your email address and order number:

Once we receive your request and have approved it, you will then need to return your items back with a carrier of your choice.
*Please note that the item is your responsibility until it is received in our possession. It may be a good idea to keep a proof of postage just in case!

Women’s Swimwear Returns
We are happy to accept swimwear returns if they comply with all the rules in the returns policy, having all sanitary protection strips and labels, but we also ask that you return any Gifts that were part of a promotion at the time. Without the return of both items we will not be able to refund the total amount. We will deduct the retail price of the gift as listed on the website before refunding your items.
Terms and Conditions
- Full refunds are available for all full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Any items returned to us after the 14 days will be denied any form of refund and will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
- Any item that is being returned must be in the original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Sand Dollar has received your returned item, they will be inspected before a refund is issued.
- All items are sent to you with a Sand Dollar tag in a visible place, easily seen if the item is worn. This is a deterrent to stop the item being worn and then returned. We WILL NOT accept any item that is returned without this tag still in place or it has been tampered with.
- Sand Dollar reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- All items are quality controlled and checked before dispatching to a customer and so any detachable belts, designer packaging or dust bags etc. must be included with your return.
- Any excessive activity with regards to returning faulty items, will be reviewed by Sand Dollar and can be refused at our discretion.
- All refunds will be processed the same day we have approved your returned item and can take up to 10 working days to reach your account if you have paid by card.
- All Sale items are Final (meaning those items bought at a discounted rate whether that be with a promotion code or sale online) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange
- We do not accept refunds or exchanges on sun creams, earrings or hats for sanitary reasons.
- If the total amount of your order falls below £100 after calculating your returns, we will deduct the original shipping amount of £3.95 as you will no longer be eligible for the free shipping.
When using your own Shipping method for returns...
You can use your own choice of service but this will be at your own expense. Your items are your responsibility until they are received by us. Once you have logged into your account and requested a return, please use the below mailing address:

We do not offer exchanges. You simply need to notify us you will be shipping back an item which is not suitable and we will refund you once we receive it. You can return items through the returns center HERE.

Received the wrong item or Damaged item?
In the unlikely event that you were shipped the wrong item or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting email@example.com, quoting the order number and the problem, whether that be a wrongly shipped item or a damaged item. We will then act promptly to rectify the situation and respond with instructions.
